Product Overview
The Bottle Cap, Liquid Level & Coding Inspection Equipment is an automated vision inspection solution designed to detect common quality defects in bottled products before they enter the next stage of production or packaging. The system can inspect bottle cap conditions, fill level, and inkjet coding, helping manufacturers identify defective products automatically and improve overall packaging quality.
As an integrated bottle inspection machine, the equipment is designed for continuous production lines and can detect high or low caps, skewed caps, missing caps, reversed caps, missing inkjet codes, and abnormal liquid levels. By combining software and hardware into an integrated inspection system, it provides a flexible solution for manufacturers handling different bottle sizes and product specifications.
The system is designed to be evaluated under actual production conditions. For acceptance testing, customers can collect 100 actual defective products based on their defined defect criteria and run them through the equipment 10 times, creating 1,000 inspection cycles. For false rejection evaluation, 10,000 actual production units can be tested to assess the system's ability to identify defective products while minimizing unnecessary rejection of qualified products.
Product Features
High Detection Accuracy and Low False Rejection:Reliable inspection requires both a high detection rate and a low false rejection rate. Under the specified testing conditions, the system can achieve a detection rate of more than 99.95% for high or low caps, skewed caps, missing inkjet codes, and abnormal liquid levels, while maintaining a false rejection rate below 0.01%. Missing caps and reversed caps can achieve detection rates of up to 100% under the specified inspection conditions. These performance indicators provide customers with a practical basis for evaluating inspection accuracy before full-scale production.
Integrated Bottle Cap Inspection:The system provides comprehensive bottle cap inspection for high or low caps, skewed caps, missing caps, and reversed caps. High or low caps with a height difference greater than 0.5 mm can achieve a detection rate above 99.95% and a false rejection rate below 0.01%. For skewed caps with a cap-plane angle greater than 1°, the detection rate can exceed 99.95%, with a false rejection rate below 0.01%. Missing caps with a detectable area greater than 0.5 mm × 0.5 mm can achieve a detection rate of 100%, while reversed caps can also achieve a detection rate of 100%.
Inkjet Code and Fill Level Inspection:The equipment combines inkjet code inspection and fill level inspection in one automated quality control system. It can identify whether the required inkjet code is present and detect abnormal liquid levels during production. Inkjet code presence inspection can achieve a detection rate above 99.95% with a false rejection rate below 0.01%. The liquid level inspection function provides an accuracy of approximately ±3 mm, with a detection rate above 99.95% and a false rejection rate below 0.01%.
Flexible Product Changeover:The equipment adopts a software and hardware integrated design that supports different bottle specifications. Unlike traditional inspection equipment that may require operators to repeatedly adjust hardware height and inspection parameters, this system allows operators to select the corresponding product model through the software. The system can automatically match the inspection position and related parameters, helping reduce setup time and simplify product changeover.
Continuous Automated Inspection:The automatic bottle inspection system can be integrated into continuous production lines to inspect products as they pass through the inspection station. Automated inspection reduces dependence on repetitive manual visual checks and provides consistent quality control during high-volume production. This helps manufacturers reduce human inspection errors while improving production efficiency and product consistency.
