The Rotary Labeling Machine is a high-speed automatic labeling solution designed for accurate and stable labeling of different types of bottles and containers. Also known as a rotary sticker labeling machine, it is suitable for round bottles, square bottles, flat bottles, conical bottles, and irregular-shaped bottles. The machine can perform single-side labeling, double-side labeling, three-label application, full-wrap labeling, and precise positioning labeling according to different product and packaging requirements.
The machine adopts a Siemens PLC and servo motor closed-loop control system, with a Chinese and English touchscreen interface for simple operation and stable labeling performance. A 750W high-power servo motor is used for label feeding, with a label feeding speed of up to 60 m/min, helping achieve precise and consistent label application.

High-Speed Labeling Station with Accurate Label Feeding:The high-speed labeling station consists of three servo motors, one variable-frequency motor, dual pneumatic cylinder clutches, and mechanical transmission components. A three-column support structure and 8-directional spatial adjustment design make the labeling station easier to set up without special tools. The system achieves label dispensing accuracy of up to ±0.02 mm and a maximum label feeding speed of 160 m/min, providing stable performance for demanding high-speed labeling applications.
Large-Capacity Label Roll and Stable Label Tracking:The Ø500 mm label roll increases label capacity and reduces the frequency of label replacement during production. The independent floor-standing backing-paper collection system can accommodate approximately 5–6 rolls of labels, reducing the need for frequent backing-paper cleaning and handling. A pre-feeding servo system, photoelectric label detection, independent label feeding motor, and dual-cylinder clutch tension control work together to maintain stable label tension and accurate label dispensing.
Stable Label Dispensing at High Speed:Three sets of aluminum alloy pressure rollers work together with powered rubber rollers to provide strong gripping force and stable label movement. Keeping the label under controlled tension helps the photoelectric sensor detect label gaps more accurately while improving label dispensing consistency. The system also reduces excessive stress on the label backing paper, helping prevent backing-paper breakage during high-speed operation and reducing unexpected production downtime.
Automatic Centralized Lubrication:The machine is equipped with an automatic centralized lubrication system that regularly lubricates major moving components. This reduces the amount of manual maintenance required and helps keep key mechanical parts operating smoothly. By supporting regular lubrication and reducing component wear, the system helps extend the service life of the industrial labeling equipment and maintain stable long-term operation.
